Judges on the 3rd U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals have been told President Obama is a "security risk" and a "usurper" lacking constitutional authority since he admitted a dual citizenship at birth, thus making him ineligible for the office under the U.S. Constitution's requirement that the president be a "natural born citizen."
The brief was filed in a case WND previously reported brought by lead plaintiff Charles F. Kerchner Jr. and others against Congress.
Attorney Mario Apuzzo filed the action in January 2009 on behalf of Kerchner, Lowell T. Patterson, Darrell James Lenormand and Donald H. Nelson Jr. Named as defendants were Barack Hussein Obama II, the U.S., Congress, the Senate, House of Representatives, former Vice President Dick Cheney and House Speaker Nancy Pelosi.

And the issue still drags on. In 2010 after the repubs and independents kick out the dems, the first order of business should be impeachment and indictment of obama, pelosi, and reid

Well PNB and Jack It certainly sounds like the current administration and congress all right! Especially the incoherence and distorted perceptions of reality. They are pretty delusional as well.

And that is the amazing part, with a simple release of the documents, obama can prove once and for all that he is a natural born citizen, that he has spent over 1 million dollars in preventing the release of his documents, sure points to him hiding something

Yep, could all be solved with a little disclosure and openness. Something is definitely rotten in Denmark.
I say he should be remove from office until this matter is clean up, and than if it turn out he cannot be President that we the decide who is to take his place not the courts system or the senate and congress.

Maybe so, but 'we' do not have the authority to begin impeachment - only Congress can do that. And then they actually have to have grounds (reasons) to do so. The 'he isn't a US citizen' has been debunked over and over and Congress will never take it up. You just have to deal with the fact that you don't like the President and speak with your vote at the next Federal Election. Happens all the time, you know? You can't demand we get rid of an elected official just because you don't like him/her or think he/she is ugly, or whatever. If that were the case, this country would collapse into anarchy.

I think the question is now hinging on the possibility of him having a dual-citizenship status. To the best of my knowledge that has not been fully explored.

If he is not a natural born citizen, every thing he has signed into law is unconstitutional

DanaR:
That's THE problem. The politicians are frantically trying to figure out a way to keep this country together, and make this problem go away,.......quietly.

I do believe that the pendulum has finally begun to swing back to the right. The politicians, ALL of the politicians already know what many are thinking. This is a "touchy" subject and I suspect that they will let the democrats do the booting, out of "courtesy" and to preserve the so-called peace, as it were. We are living in very interesting times.
